We also worked on providing a centralized solution for Integrate that streamlines the review process in the field of Gastroenterology. It allows healthcare professionals, Clinical Research Organizations (CROs), and reviewers to manage, distribute, and track tasks efficiently while also simplifying financial management by integrating with QuickBooks Online. The existing process had many inefficiencies, including manual and disorganized task distribution, leading to inefficiencies.
There were also communication gaps due to the lack of a dedicated platform for doctors and reviewers to communicate, resulting in delays and confusion. Reviewers also faced estimate completion times challenges that caused planning difficulties. Additionally, there were financial management issues due to manual processes, which created further errors and delays.
Remotebase engineers worked with Integrate to develop an updated version of the platform that automated task distribution, communication, and financial management.
